The real estate prices are market driven. A little over a year ago I read a report that said over 70,000 Californians have moved yo Montana since Covid.

They’ll be in Texas soon. A Californian moves to MT, hates the weather, and moves to Texas. A tale as old as time.
A lot of ppl have came here from Texas, Washington, and Idaho too. I've met more people from Texas recently than anywhere else

Not true, but way too many. Soldier and Surfer...consider the Southern part of Lake County. Ronan and Mission, especially the rural areas.

Interesting for Lake County especially Ronan and Polson areas. No listings for Mission. Thanks for the heads up.

Don't Californicate Montana. Don't Californicate Texas.

California is too "Woke". It's fees, taxes & new regulations are driving the middle class & small business firms to states such as Montana and Texas. Montana and Texas picked up House Rep(s) after the last census. Californians will be disappointed at the range (distance) an EV truck pulling a trailer of sheep, cattle or horses in spring, fall or winter seasons in either state. Probably works well in summer months.

I'm looking as Texas is growing too fast. My city, New Braunfels, has grown from 56K in 2015 to 100K in 2022. I live by the 5 G's: "guns, gold, grub, god and ground. Texas has it right now. For how long I don't know. How about Montana?

There was a period right after I moved to SA that NB was the fastest growing zip code in the country. Absolute explosion of incoming. Between NB, San Marcos, Kyle, etc., makes it real difficult to drive the 35 at ALL.

I drove a lot rush hour commutes in S. CA, but have never seen anything like what I ran into on 35 in Austin.

Yep. They built the 130 toll road around it and it’s worth every fricking penny.
