A good read about Dave....http://www.cfl.ca/article/dickenson-finds-comfort-zone-on-grey-cup-sidelines" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I was just going to post something similar but saw this thread.

I'm watching the UF-FSU game, heard Brent Pease (OC for FSU, I think) mentioned and wondered what DD was doing these days. What an intelligent guy and such a class act. Wish he could somehow be woo'd back to Missoula. He'd be a perfect head coach for our program. Good luck, Dave and Stamps in the 100th Grey Cup on Sunday!

Actually, the article I read was a little different. Still a class act.

wow, he is doing well, would be awesome to see him come for our OC position. Prayers for a good OC

Never would he come back to this madness. From the pros? Nope.

TOTALLY CLASS as usual--just a quality guy and clearly a player's coach. Still would love to see him back on campus someday leading the Griz.

Love the remark about his "Montana accent"! :)

That's aboot the funniest thing I've ever read, eh buddy?

Offensive coordinator for Florida, not FSU

Dave isn't moving back unless or until he decides to run for Governor, or wants to make $$$ selling cars or insurance. Respect what he has accomplished, but don't expect him to coach the Griz.

Who said anything about him coming back....did you read the article?

Nobody in this thread. I'm sure he was just stating that for all those with the 'Legend' on their coaching wish list.

Funny how the press can turn on you in a day.

"Offensive coordinator Dave Dickenson looked like a genius for his masterful play calling in Calgary's win over B.C. in the West Final. But in the game of cat-and-mouse against Toronto defensive coordinator Chris Jones Dickenson looked to be eaten alive."
