Kirschner is a beast and has always been a beast. One of the most punishing runners in the state of Washington coming out of HS and would also be in the Big Sky if given the opportunity. Really hope he gets more playing time this year. Stud

I agree. I think Nguyen got way too many carries last season, and this kid got way too few. He is a much better running back than most fans think. For some reason, he has always remained in the background here. I think the coaches are making a big mistake not giving him some significant PT with the first team offense. He just punishes defenders. I would feature him in the second half, when defenses are tired and trying to make arm-tackles. Ain't gonna happen with Brett toting the pig skin.

Nguyen was UM's team mvp and 2nd team all-conference rb, and averaged 5.9 yards per carry--and he got too many carries? Now that's pretty funny.

i agree with greenie about nguyen. that's like the third time in the last two years i've agreed with greenie about something. we must be getting close to the apocalypse.

Overrated. How do you know that Brett would not have averaged 7.0 yards a carry, and been first team all-conference. Oh, you don't. That's pretty funny.

You guys realize you are talking about a depth chart in the Spring time, the only one that really matters is who comes out of spring at number 1 QB, other than that nothing else really matters. So grab a beer and watch the Masters!! Don't worry about the spring depth chart.

Might need a few beers, if you are a Tiger fan. He really got screwed on that ruling. It is what it is though. The worse part are the yahoos saying "Tiger needs to, or should withdraw." Like taking the penalty is not enough. All be damned, if he or any player needs to withdraw. I will be rooting for Tiger to make dramatic come from behind victory, on Sunday.

Disagree. The rules of golf are black and white. He broke the rule, there needs to be a penalty. He was trying to gain an advantage by moving the drop into his sweet spot.

He should've been dq'd. Cheater, cheater, pumpkin eater....I don't care who wins, as long as it isn't him.

also, yes on the beers...just because.

The Tiger haters are out in force.

The problem wasn't the drop. The problem was the scorecard that Augusta staff OK'd before he signed it. That's on them.

I don't think he'll win, but to say he deserves to be DQ'd is hilarious if you actually stop drinking the haterade. :thumb:

This link is to a daggum numerical roster! It aint no depth chart. the last depth chart I saw has been replaced by this useless bit of eye candy. You all might need to enroll in a class yourselves (Football 95)...so we can have better football conversation on this board.

I counldn't agree more with you two. He is quick on his feet and knows how to extend a play. (Refering to the NC game when he knew he wasn't getting thru the line and pitched it back to TM for a TD run). And how he shredded ISU's D. He is an excellent RB. I think Canada will get injured again and we'll see a lot more of Kirsh and Counts. Counts is a tough SOB also.

Rules are the Rules (however) someone explain to me why the PGA allows players to anchor their club to their body i.e. Adam Scott! Enforce all the rules all the time.

the dude in the 60's got dq'd for signing a HIGHER score than he shot....did he deserve to be dq'd for worsening his score?

The problem was the drop, and the staff that was going to let it slide because it was Tiger, until Tiger opened his yapper. Deserved to be dq'd....

Curtis White is on the depth chart. Give it some time. Even Middleton needed a lot of time to get adjusted. I am also assuming that Chase N. will play slot too but just isn't on the chart for that position---not a big deal.

chase was playing with the #2's on saturday........but with brett out that may explain this...he also played at rb as well.

JJ looking good. Canada looking good. Cam Warren getting lots of passes thrown his way, and catching all of them. Walcott and Nacho had several nice plays. Van Ackeren had a tremendous playing coming from safety to break up a long (almost) TD pass, and almost made a one-handed interception. Kirshner looks really big and muscular. Van looks bigger than I thought he was. Pierson has the potential to have a big year. Shaw looks good and very long in his kicks. The place kickers have been struggling a big, but were both perfect today. Those frosh o-lineman are big. There are alot of guys with unfamiliar numbers who seem to be good or have good potential. My impression is that there must be alot of depth and potential depth on this team.

I would add Kose to this list as well.........he could have an excellent year

we still do not have a break away runner unless chase is going to be that guy, but he is going to have to sneak through that line with his size to do it......like the way jordan is running but he does not look as if he has the speed to break away..........loved watching the likes of sambrano, jefferson heidelberger and segars making their runs to the border.....even if it was mostly on kick offs and returns.....blazing speed........gotta love it
