Unfortunately we don’t need slot receivers. Bergen and White are fast and reliable where unfortunately Gabe couldn’t stay on the field. My guess is he has put in a lack of participation waiver which will be granted and someone will take a chance his knees will hold up and give him scholarship money. My guess is with our current situation on the offensive line we need to pick up some experienced tackles through the portal and have some current kids we want to keep. We have some seniors and red shirt seniors whose money will be coming available to possibly fill the needs of this team. He was a great high school player who was plagued with the injury bug. Losing Sulser sucks for fans. For the young man I hope he heals up gets his degree and lives a healthy life. Knees injuries suck and can have lasting issues, but concussions are no joke and can ruin lives.
