I see that I received a text on Dec. 4 saying the 2 frosh were leaving, so I wonder if they had been planning to leave before the coach change. Again, I don't know.

Again, this has nothing to do with the Cats. But way to work that little comment in about Cat coaches.

There will be turnover with the new coach, their always is on some level with a coaching change, but I doubt it'll be significant.

Don’t you worry. Bobby will recruit talented student-athletes, but he will also teach them the fundamentals after they begin in his program.

Don't know how to screen shot, but I see that the text was at 5:02 on the 4th. I believe I told both Brint and Kyle, so they could probably confirm.

I heard a similar thing. Banks was going to transfer regardless and the Stitt firing gave him a great out. You have to think most of his high school secondary is playing FBS. I’m sure there is some thought he can do it as well.

What kind of phone do you have?

A couple of those guys were not at good as many thought they would be is what I was told from someone that was on the field in every practice .....recruiting "stars" often get knocked off once they compete with other college players (especially non "star" rated guys who are just as good or better but hail from low population areas so recruiting sites don't award them "stars". Bobby will have no problem filling those two scholarships, Hell Robby can take the safety one that's a given. LB is in good shape with young guys so no rush there.

Sanders is the one that needs attention ASAP. He will be a loss this year.

I hope Nate has a great career at Rocky. I understand his desire to play QB so totally understand his transfer.

Item number one on my agenda today was to inform that it is not as big of loss as it may look (based on their recruit profiles).... "stars" do not always translate into success like many think....especially if 2 and 3. Do I want Bobby to sign 3 star guys from all over the country? Yes, as long as they can put their money where there stars are when they arrive.

Item number two, watch NFL while drinking beer.

Item number three, celebrate a Minnesota Viking win.
