Griz are an RPO team which depends on the defense they're lined up against. It changes from game to game. Also the pass opens the run and vice versa. If a team is good at stopping the run, they're going to be pass first till they get respected and will open up the run game. If they're good at stopping the pass they're going to run the ball until the defense has to stack the box and boom that's when you get hit with the big pass plays.
