He's a character and a person I would love to meet in person over lunch.

He's a great guy, and his wife is totally cool too. They met when he was coaching at NAU and she was a student. They have a great place for entertaining south of Missoula. He used to put on a free one-day clinic in Missoula for high school QB's, mainly from MT. He'd have good coaches and a celeb or two, like Michael Vick. And then a big BBQ at his house. Don't know if Covid caused that to end.

One of his sons coaches QB's at Columbia.

Marty still does the QB camps. One of his kids was back to help this summer.

Perhaps a home grown cross between Bob Eucker and Harry Carey I find him fun to listen to. Nice change from all the sound alikes. So he may occasionally depart from the pc stuff. No big deal for me. Happy to have his insights, funny and often spot on!
