What I meant was that they played a handful of nationally ranked teams and almost came out on top. If they beat SDSU, Weber State, EWU, Kennesaw State and NAU....all close games that they had a chance to win, they are easily in the top 10. I think we under estimated them again this year and thought we would walk in and move right on to the playoffs. Stitt was faced with a lot of challenges this year, and I think given some time things will improve. It took Hill 4 years to get Weber to where they are. Why are we so fast to toss Stitt to the curb? I think Haslam would be making a huge mistake to fire Stitt now. It just isn't the right time. He needs at least 2 more years to get his system in place, and when he does, watch out.
