Dear Bobby,

Please retire after this year even if you don't get the all time number of wins in the Big Sky. This is year 5 of Hauck 2.0 and we are going to end up not making the playoffs & losing to the Cats again for the 4th time in your 5 years back. We all loved what you did in your first stint, but this is ridiculous. We are going to be the laughing stock of the Big Sky with the team you have fielded and the coaching you are responsible for. I hope if you don't retire or move somewhere else next year on your own, you get fired. Thanks for the memories but your best years are behind you.

And take hoops with you.

I know and like Bobby. However, he needs to take a long look in the mirror. Call some of his mentors and close coaching friends and listen to them. It's obvious there are problems and anyone can see that. It's time for some serious changes and I believe Bobby can initiate the changes but HE needs to do it, now.

He was still dismissive in the postgame press conference. So, so tired of that act.

Most of his close coaching friends are ON the staff and that is a large part of the problem. He’s surrounded himself with his FRIENDS instead of those who can help the program succeed. In the military we called these types of people ROAD-it’s…Retired On Active Duty….they’re punching a clock, working just hard enough to get a paycheck…not too concerned about the results…

That would do even less good than sending Haslam or Bodnar an email.

But he said “Dear Bobby”. I didn’t say anything about the AD or President.
