Not to beat a dead horse but I’ve tracked down this path once before.

ISN’T IT TIME FOR THE LADY GRIZ TO HAVE FORUM TOPIC ALL THEIR OWN?

It just might create more excitement for the ladies program which in turn creates greater attendance, more noise and can only help promote our great women’s program!

For what purpose? It's not like the basketball forum has a lot of thread topics pushing current topics off the front page (there's still a Sac State thread on the front page from the beginning of the month and 5-6 games ago). Seems like most people don't bother reading the "Other Sports" forum even. Look at Soccer. Some people posted soccer threads in the football forum just to get people's attention.

The way it is now, I think you garner more attention from the casual or bandwagon fan that might be checking in on the mens' team and happen to also see a Lady Griz thread, as well. Plus, people are lazy. They're not going to want to bookmark another page or have to navigate to another forum.

I believe MrTitleist addressed this recently: there was a separate forum for Lady Griz basketball, but it didn't receive much traffic.

For me, it would be nice to have the LG 2022 recruiting thread pinned at the top, but not sure if that's a lot of work for the admin.
