Davis Tailgates

I will there this weekend. Anyone know of any pre game Griz gatherings or tailgates?

I’ll be there with 8 fans. Also wondering if there is a Griz tailgate.

I went there in 2019. GSA had a tailgate area right outside the stadium. I don't remember exactly where. GSA or gogriz website might have details. They had beer and wine for a donation. Met a bunch of California griz fans. Still keep in contact with a couple of them. Stayed a few extra days and went to NAPA. Davis is a nice college town. Huge campus. Ag School. Walked by a bunch of livestock on the way to the stadium. It was really a fun trip. One I would do again. Felt that way about Flagstaff as well. In fact, the one trip I won't go on again is Bozeman. Their offensive coordinator's (Cramsey) brother tried to pick a fight with my wife for cheering for the griz and two cat fans cut her finger ripping a cowbell out of her hand when the griz scored. Thought they liked cowbells. My friend kept me out of jail that day. Won't go back for a game their again. Anywhere else, I would.

2023 Away Football Tailgating Information
The GSA will be hosting three away tailgates this fall. Those will be on September 23 at NAU, October 14 at Idaho and November 11 at Portland State. All Griz fans are welcome and encouraged to attend.
