Like I said-dominated everywhere but the scoreboard. Oh yeah, & Chase had 180 yds on only 21 carries, though he did cough up the ball inside the 5. Fluke loss, it happens (see EWU).

Boy, dominating everything except for the scoreboard sure is something to hang your hat on if you don't like winning. But WHY DO WE PLAY THE GAME? TO WIN!!!!

Just responding to biglie.33

ya that is such a dumb way to view a game. we dominated ewu in every way but the scoreboard too. who cares? they won. we lost. what does that give you?

now.....i guess if two teams played eachother in the same season and a team lost after dominating every aspect of the game....MAYBE they could use that as a confidence booster that they were the better team. for instance, i wouldn't mind playing ewu again because i would like our chances. but it doesn't change the fact that they won and cats lost. crazy logic.

cats dominated every aspect of the game against the griz in '97 too. that game is still the most heartbreaking loss i can remember because you guys won on the scoreboard which last time i checked....ALL THAT MATTERS.

let's finish up this asinine logig and move on to blaming turnovers for losses. that is my personal favorite. "we would have won if we didn't give you the ball three times...." well NO SHIT! that's why they are part of the game. if they weren't, the refs would just give the team the ball back

jesus. :jack:

Not hard to point out who played sports here and who was the waterboy. If you weren't disappointed in your last game, HS or college, and you weren't a little hurt, you were probably the waterboy.

I hear bigsky was City Pocket Pool champ his junior year.

I hope Moore plays, and plays well. He's the real deal. It's his last chance at this level.

Won't matter though. Hard to run when you're behind.....and if he plays, Egrizzers have one less excuse.

Just saw Dan ! He said he was jacked to "bust some helmets" ! He seemed fine, no hobble or gimp. Really clinched his teeth when i asked if he was up for the Cats as his last Griz game. He was serious when he said he wanted to bust some helmets too. I sorta felt he was tired of people asking the way he scowled !
Go Dan the Man !!!

Considering that DM has been in a boot for the better part of a month, this a little bit of "wishful" thinking IMO.

Sure glad Dan got in the game, that fumble was critical :thumb:
Have some class bro. The guy gave a ton for this team only to have his career cut short and he reinjured the ankle during the game today.

Part of the reason I brought this up is that I remember Clay Bignell fighting through the same injury and then being belittled by your fans when he couldn't preform as he once had.

dont talk about class on this board
