Who cares about last year? Why do Griz fans keep hanging their hats on the past? It is OVER. None of that matters this year.

Until that trophy isn't in the field house I do believe the latest win in the Brawl is completely relevant.

Ok . . . . why?

Oh yes, now I see. Because you said so. Classic Griz logic! Classic!

Moore isn't a fullback either einstein!

I would put Moore up against "the weight room freak" Kirk any day of the week and twice on sunday.
Hate to say it but Dan Moore would lose.
The only relevant face-to-face numbers we have to go on are these from 11/19/2011:

Back/Carries/Rushing Yards/Ave./TDs

Dan Moore/15/115/7.7/1
Cody Kirk/11/45/4.1/0

Who won that one?

Do you think Coach D will be looking at all of the stats last year with players who aren't even on either team anymore? Or, in the alternative, do you think he will look at stats from this season and see what worked and what didn't? You crack me up. Stop living in the past, broseph.
So you think they will look at bench-pressing stats I guess....

One can choose to be aware of the lessons of history or ignore them. You can be your own judge of which is the wiser.

Because the history of war and cultural battles tellls us the exact same thing as the history of football games. Right.

Once is a dot. Twice is a line. Three times is a trend. 65 times is an ass-beating.

8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

What's kind of funny is 5 years ago Cat fans were bragging it was 25-25 since 1956

pretty sure 22-4 since 1986 is an ass beating. I mean if you're gonna cherry pick, guess we all can. :coffee:

Lets get the thread back on track. Here is hoping that Dan Moore writes his own history on Saturday.

i actually hope DM is able to go on saturday. not sure how effective he can be but it had to have been just a brutal year for him. he deserves to have some fun one last time. probably could fire up your offense a bit too.

regardless if he plays or not...dude had a hell of a career at um.

I agree. I believe the Griz might be in a little better shape if Dan had not got hurt. The run offense actually did pretty well without him, but I think he brings a lot of intensity to the offense and the team as a whole. Hopefully, he can at least run north-south pretty good. It was a great career at UM, wish injuries wouldn't have cost him so many games but that happens sometimes.
