One does not have to think to far back to find a close comparison to "Big Dan." I'm speaking of one Lex Hilliard. Lot of similar running styles with using brute strength to get where your going. Real close IMO.

Lex's running style and gait reminded me most of Franco Harris.

As far as comparisons go, I think Chase an Dan are polar opposites with exception of skin color.

If I had to compare DM to any previous Griz running back I'd have to go with current RB's coach, Justin Green. Anybody remember his run against Eastern Washington? I thought he decapitated a couple of Eagles. :thumb:
