Dalton Sneed - Stat Line

We never really got to see Sneed throw the ball deep. He made one attempt but his arm got hit from behind. The tip ball JLM came down with was the only bad decision I saw all night throwing the football (right in to double coverage). UNI is the best team on their schedule this year and putting up solid numbers against that team is great for Sneed. I was really impressed with his and the teams effort. He will improve every week especially with the stud receivers he has to throw to.

Unless they’re beset with injuries after this week, I think Davis is better than the nut-punchers. Their QB is the real deal, found a freshman back who can play & Doss is probably the best offense player in the conference & top three FCS. Davis would have beaten the nut-punchers handily had they played them last weekend.

Yes. There are several teams on your schedule better than UNI based on what I saw Saturday. You'll face the first one weekend after next.

Much like the rest of this season, I won't pass judgement on Sneed's abilities based on one game.

Remember when we all thought Stitt was the savior after he beat NDSU?

If we're 3-0 after WIU and he's looked good, then I'll be sold...

Agreed-BUT, ABQ's comments directly addressed UNI and how they were going to massacre our O-line and Sneed. I don't expect him to come back and eat his crow, though.

Yes, after rereading ABQ’s comments, virtually NONE of it happened. 67% completion percentage, zero INT’s, zero sacks....a rushing TD, a passing TD....great performance all the way around. If we can score 26 every game we’re going to win a lot of games this year. :thumb:

Hahaha I almost missed all this. I'm truly flattered for the attention and many mentions. You guys are so charming!

Anyway, nice win and well done representing the BSC. I got a text message half way through the second quarter saying I was going to get crucified over here.

But then something remarkable happened. You guys were exposed. Another few minutes of game play and you would have lost. I'm certainly not right about Sneed and he's a quality football player, but make no mistake, he's no Gubrud or Cookus. 125 QBR and 6.7 ypa is middle of the pack at best, and I'm not convinced it will get better now that the formula to stop you is on tape.

Look for my return after WIU. I don't think you win that game.

Lol Sneed just had a very good game against a top 2-3 defense in the Missouri Valley....the Cats beat a middle of the road MVC team...and your already over here cocking off?? You're a fucking moron.

Honestly answer this question.....would you rather have Anderson or Sneed playing QB for the Cats for this entire season????

ta is not a qb. He’s a good athlete who was thrown under center behind a good o-line and ran for his life for 4 quarters. Put him under center with our current line and he wouldn’t survive let alone win a game. Sneed being a true qb was able to improvise and win the football game. wiu will be a challenge on the road but I feel good about our chances. The cat trolls know we have 3 qb’s who would start over ta so he could play to his strength...linebacker.
