There was an interesting article on Camp Randall Stadium (Wisconsin) about how loud that stadium gets. Apparently back in 1984 it was so loud that Harbaugh complained to the refs and refused to snap the ball because he couldn't hear. Then in the another game against Michigan the crowd was so loud again that the qb refused to snap the ball. The ref then penalized the Badgers 2 timeouts and 2 delay of game penalties as a result. Of course each time that just sent the crowd into a bigger frenzy. I've never heard of such a thing and am pretty sure a ref can't do that. Can u imagine if they tried in Washington Grizzly? Also it just shows how much of a whiner Harbaugh has always been.
