Welcome to Montana. Loved his Quote when he witnessed the loss to MSU on his visit. "When they lost kinda just wanted to make sure that never happened again,"

Sounds like what the doctor ordered. If he plays stand up OLB...three four is coming next year.

Then Sims would be a DE ? Buss a little bigger next year with Favoroso, they could be a pretty good pair of QB hunters.

Kid sounds and looks legit. Was at appy st, redshirted, didn't love it and went to a JUCO in AZ (which was ranked #2 in Nation and lost in the national chipper). Put up good numbers and started getting offers from FBS and FCS. Mich St wanted him, too. He decided he wanted to be a Grizzly. Oh and to top it off, he was an All American wrestler. These kids can make very good football players. I'm excited to see this kid play.

Just to clarify, he was recruited by Mich St, but there was no scholly offer.

The 3-4 was used at various times this season, especially in 3rd down situations.

Seems Grz played an entire stand up dline against Cats on key plays...and it sure didn't work .

The Griz bounced between a 4-3, a 3-4, 5-2, 2-5, no down linemen and I think at one point the 4-3-2-1 formation that Barcelona used in 2010; all within the same play and all within 3 seconds of the opposition snapping the ball.

There was a South Florida offer though which is his home state. That came before the App St offer. Regardless, I think this kid will be a beast. I beleive we'll get him for three more years too. I think he only played one year at the JuCo. 10.5 sacks, 22 for a loss and almost 70 tackles as a Fr in '16. Not to mention 31 sacks and 38 TFL w/ over 100 tackles in 10 games as a Sr in High School. Also, not only was he an All American wrestler, but s two time state champion from Fl and an offer to wrestle for Navy. This kids legit.
