It's damn hot here, right now with humidity in the 90's. If the Palmetto state kids can play in this, they can play and win anywhere, and do....high school football is a full year event and the excitement around Clemson and USC is building. Baseball is very big where I am but no really goes out after 11 or before 5...not because of the heat but the mosquitoes. Thursday night through Saturday nights are bbq outings. This state is bbq heaven. The best.

Cool. I believe they had to come back from a first game loss. My college buddy, with whom I played (football), was there as the CC team doctor. Ortho surgeon and former outside linebacker. The CC performance at the championship was very exciting, at least for them. My buddy came to Missoula with the CC football team, but his partner was the team doctor then for football. The former long-time CC baseball coach came to Missoula with the CC football team too. Was credited with putting CC baseball on the map.

Absolutely cool !! Congrats to those little roosters !!!! After losing game 1, not many gave them much of a chance to come back against a perennial collegiate baseball powerhouse like Arizona.

If you ever have a chance to attend the CWS, I highly recommend it.

I got to attend four games with my legion team when we were playing a tourney in Omaha, when it was at Rosenblatt Stadium. Awesome experience.

LOL they scored 4 unearned runs in one inning and won 4-3....I'd say thats what you call giving the game away

regardless I was rooting for them....good for Coastal. Their football team can screw off tho....all I remember is that player dumbass dad being over here all week before the game lol.

Coastal is now FBS as of today, Sun Belt.

I got to attend four games with my legion team when we were playing a tourney in Omaha, when it was at Rosenblatt Stadium. Awesome experience.

Without question a great experience! One of the more fun nights of my life was across from Rosenblatt stadium in a bar that use to be a church with a bunch of LSU fans.

Coastal will be a great addition to the Sun Belt conference on the baseball side. Looking forward to watching my son play against them in baseball and against one of his old high school teammates who got to hold the trophy yesterday in Omaha.!

From what I heard today from someone that was there, Arizona lost this series in the first inning of the second game..they never fully recovered, as I've been told, from some truly bad decisions. Guess that is what makes college sports, whatever they be, exciting.
