With all of that, you failed to mention that MSU pretty easily scores at the end of the game if they want to. While it's going to show up as a 3 point loss for UM, in reality, could have easily been 6-10. UM knew MSU was going to run the ball and couldn't stop them. That right there pretty much sums up the game.

Impressively fought by both squads, but there's no doubt as to who was the better team today.

No they didn’t. The bad thing about spying the qb is that you take a guy either out of the pass rush, which the Griz rely on OR out of coverage and God knows we can’t spare anyone there. Have to rely on your d linemen to keep contain.

Yes, a win would have been better, but I'm fine with the game and not even disappointed. The Griz are at least as good as the Cats, and I still say better (Griz can't have those mentioned things go wrong in a big/close game). The Griz will get em next time. It's hard to beat a good team twice in a row in a season. The Cats had a nice game and didn't make many big mistakes. Their game was nicer than the Griz.

We haven’t won there in a decade, we’ve gotten destroyed the last 3 times we played there, and unlike the Griz did yesterday, the cats would be able to feed off their crowd and the energy in the stadium and bury us early. It wouldn’t go well. I’ll take my chances with NDSU instead.

But all season long the selection committee has indicated that the Griz schedule is a negative, and now with 0 wins over a playoff team the committee has a chance to send a message - schedule competition or schedule for a record. I think the committee will send a FCS message. Hope I’m wrong but don’t think I am. I see a 5/6 seed for the Griz tomorrow (and a lot of howling).

The committee takes many things into consideration. The committee watched the game, according to the committee. They know what happened and how the game went.

It was a Big Game and we know the record on those. One team made more mistakes than the other and one team could not stop the other when it was crunch time. It was supposed to be a rebuilding year for Cats so hopefully Vigen moves on and empties the cupboard or another streak in the bad way is coming.
