Griz fans, great win vs. the bison. Hope you win out, 16-0. Good start.

App. State also plays the "bison" next weekend. The Howard Bison. Howard is from Washington, DC & the MEAC. Vegas odds are App by 30-ish, so I'm more concerned about the tailgate. But, we better play well, because we have Clemson the next week (in Death Valley).

I went to the last two App games out there in Montana and really enjoyed Griz fans' tailgating. Y'all treat guests right. In Dec. 2009 (playoff game), my boys & I were treated to some fine jambalaya in the freezing cold. And, when we returned in 2012, we actually found the SAME FOLKS' tailgate from that previous visit (in the parking lot across the road from the flag pole.) The difference was that my boys were about 2 ft. taller in 2012 than they were in 2009.

What was the food of choice for Griz fans last weekend? Surely something with bison burgers. But what? We're planning our tailgate for next weekend & were hoping we could learn from your experience. Thanks.

Go Griz!

we had bison meatball hoagies... and rice crispy treats (had to use up the marshmallows left over after camping season)

TCC's babybacks and my chuckwagon beans. If you have never had one of TCC's ribs then your life is not yet complete!!

Watching with interest your matchup with Wyoming. That should be a good one. The Cowboys squeaked by us last year in Laramie, but, that was like 1000 years ago in terms of Griz offense. I wish we had them again.

Ah, yes. Can't wait for that one. Oct. 3, I think. The Cowboys destroyed App. State in 2004 at their home. I was there. That was App's first time ever in the Spread Offense. It looked like the first time we ever played football. We've improved some.

Turn.
