Congrats Furman, great game!

I think the defense was really good because they tackled extremely well, and absolutely disciplined.

watching our QB perform in a subpar fashion made for a nailbiter game.
Huh? McDowell was 17 of 31 for 208 yards and a TD. Rushed for 118 yards and another TD. And the winning strike in OT. A pretty good night's work.

He was a little off in the passing game but showed good resilience and made the plays when needed. Glad we have him. What a great year he's had.

And he’s 9-0 as a starter. Not too shabby.

Loved Hauck’s comments about good teams finding a way to win and great teams winning when they’re not playing their best, and this was a championship level performance. He definitely kept his head up, and found a way to make a hell of a throw in OT after a bad miscommunication that led to the interception and their only offense in the second half.

McDowell played very well, he was our entire offense. Yet he did seem off compared to his usual game… the interception was a head scratcher and repeated misthrows on open guys. I attribute it to Furman’s defense. They played one hell of a game.

I agree Cliff was outstanding. He was the rush game for us and made the critical passes. Did some of you already forget the pass for the win in overtime ?

Only the un-informed Griz fans think Cliff can pass. Wait for it…55% completion rate before 2023 season.

Cliff has been a great addition and has excelled at UM. His ability to pass has been overlooked by many. That was a big time pass and catch at a big time point.

Gotta hand it to their defense, fast and disciplined. As for Huff 'n Puff, other than his TD run, he runs his mouth much better.
