Conferences using in helmet communication?

Does anyone know which FCS conferences are going to use in helmet communication this year?

Flipping through some of the early Thursday games. I see a lot of pvc/sheet screens and signaling calls in, but I know NDSU addressed testing out both in helmet communication and the iPad video replay system in their press conference this week.

I thought was only an option if playing FBS schools not FCS ones

FCS is not authorized to use it. As said above.

Definitely got confused with the presser, but since they are playing in an FBS stadium it makes sense now. Thanks.

Too bad this younger generation knows nothing of morse code. We could get away with that type of communication. Haha
