Well Mr. Coogan, that's the first I have heard of the claim but yes I would deny it. I am not related to any current or past griz player (poor me). I would however be intrested in seeing any evidence that supports your claim. We all know I can provide plenty showing who you are. Unlike you, I have never excessively talked up one single player while continuously talking shit about the players he competed for playing time with. I have however defended the entire secondary from your uneducated attacks.

Thurman/ Tully:

Check AG1's previous post about me. I have made both positive and negative comments about Griz players. That's what you do on a fan board. The players that played well have received positive comments from me on this board. The players that have played poorly got not so positive comments. That's life. Again, go ahead and keep trying to convince E-Griz posters that you have a more educated football opinion than the rest of the posters. Again, your view points will be proven over time. I am confident about that. In your PM you defended only one player. It's a little disingenuous now to claim to be this big advocate of the entire secondary. Sorry. I'm not your objectivity.

Actually, you largley said negative things about Hermanson and Tully. They both had nice seasons last fall, with Hermanson being 2d team all-Big Sky and Tully getting honorable mention. My guess is that Thurman knows alot of the players, so he is able to provide very good information, as well as analysis. He seems to be knowledgeable about football, but his comments get even better after he's gotten information from players. As I've said before, Thurman's information is that best and most accurate football information on the board. Others provide good information from time to time, but not as much as Thurman.
