College Hoops 2K6 is out for the PS2. Naturally I had to run and get one and it seems to be a great game and it was only $29.99. One of the first games I had NDSU play was against the Grizzlies. The problem was I was playing against my 12 year old son and he seemed to catch on a hell of a lot faster than Dad, so the Grizzlies wound up beating the Bison. :laugh: :crybaby: .....

Seriously, it is a great game with each of our home arenas depicted very well. The Coaches look acurate as do most of the players. It has been a lot of fun, and I would suggest it as a great buy for any avid college BB fan.......

LOL.....no, but I may do that tonight when I get home!! One thing I did learn about the game is that they have evidently put the player stats etc. into the game and when you play a team like Duke, it is tough to beat them with our players......
 
By the way. . . I have spent the evening getting my ass kicked by my 12 year old and 3 of his buddies on the PS2. I wonder if there is something with aging, so that if you are over 40 you are S.O.L. playing those 12 year olds!!
 
I rented it, but it freezes about every few minutes on my xbox to the point where I gave up and returned it. I couldn't even complete a game, my xbox is a pos.
 
I have march madness 06 for xbox and it sucks. the player stats are inaccurate, players don't look anything like real life and the schedule is wrong. I have a freshman, maybe somebody knows who he is, who is 6-3 215 and shoots lights out from the floor-he is a 98/100 fg shooter. 2k6 sounds a lot better, 2k5 was awesome but i thought id try mm instead this year

I won't even play video games with my 11 year old - except Nascar, and that is only because I can intentionally wreck him.

Yes.....Thie kid beat me so bad last night that I am resorting to playing my wife!!
