College Gameday in Missoula

Hey Griz fans,

What do you guys think about a twitter push to get gameday in Missoula for a top 5 matchup in 2 weeks?

I know it’s a long shot, but I would love for Weber to be a part of gameday. I’m sure ESPN is eyeing the Oklahoma game at Baylor that week but if Baylor loses at TCU, I don’t see any other games that would stand in the way.

The Bigsky has too many fans to have never been featured on the show.

Considering they already did NDSU/SDSU, I doubt they head to an FCS school again this season.

Plus, there are four other (current) top 25 matchups that week. I'd love to see it, but it's a huge long shot.

The appeal is Montana and Missoula. #2/3 Weber makes it a big game. I know NDSU or JMU hosted Delaware State one year. If I was a Griz fan, I’d push for it more. I think you guys have exactly what they want, a new city with rabid fans and something exciting to see. I’d like to see it in Ogden but Weber is not quite there yet.

I know there are other top 25 games that week, but I’m pretty sure every one of those schools has recently been a part of gameday. The only exception being Baylor who is only favored by 2.5.

They had almost 60,000 people at the smu game, I'm guessing you meant at the game day show atmosphere.if so that's a pretty good showing .
