I noticed he got some snaps last night. I also DIDN'T notice Reese Carlson out there.

Anybody know if Reese is injured or anything is going on? Colin nearly had a catch for a TD, he's a big dude and it's good to see Stitt likes him enough to get him out there as a true freshman, but Reese would be a tough loss.

Not on the game book, it was tough making out numbers.

I sure hope not. Between EH, Jones, Nacarratto, Roberts and Carlson, we've got enough top flight receivers without burning Bingham's redshirt.
 
Yea the most awful commentators I've ever heard ever kept calling Roberts "Bingham" amongst screwing up a million other names, calls, penalties, etc. that was hard to watch.
 
In light of our loss last night I noticed the refs were "homers" as per usual. The fans were Ok. But the announcers were bottom feeders that were so slanted for the Flames they also added to my misery. Poor me.

EH did not get much for catches last night. I had to assume he was coverd every play????

Like some have posted, Bingham did not play against Liberty. He is red-shirting with all the true frosh.

Even against NDSU, some NDSU fan kept saying Bingham caught that amazing touchdown (even said he pushed off when he clearly didn't). When it was Roberts who made the athletic catch for 7.

The problem is Montana's jersey numbers are HORRIFICALLY HARD TO READ!!! 86 Roberts is damn near impossible to distinguish between 88 Bingham. Kind of like last year with announcers and fans being unable to distinguish between Canada and Nguyen. No wonder Nguyen switched to 20 this year! :lol: Whoever picked the style of the jersey numbers made a huge mistake.

You must mean The Daum-in-ator, the fastest WR on the team...he is red-shirting with all the other true freshman.
 
We will need all the redshirts we can get for next season. Needed also are some of the skinny linemen to put on 39 lb. of muscle for next season....

Weird how you should have asked this, because at that moment, Daum was in surgery in Missoula (Big Sky Surgery Center). He had hurt his shoulder (torn labrum) while weight training.

Like I mentioned before, Holden Ryan (his room mate) is recovering from one shoulder surgery now. Holden having his other one fixed in November. they will both be in slings.

That's where the son gets his tremendous blocking ability then, because Colin was an animal, at the high school level. Hoping for great things from him!

BTW, a sling is a good way to sneak liquor into the game. Just a tip for all the youngsters out there.
