Coastal Carolina is Most Like Which BSC Team?

I would say the 2008 and 2009 Grizzlies

comparing an unseeded team in a 24 team field to the 08 and 09 griz? really? ive always respected what you post, but id like some reasoning if you could give it. Those are two pretty damn good BSC teams!

They were and I think they were much better teams than Coastal is, however their structure and style, especially on offense, is very similar. A work-horse runner, a strong armed QB that's a bit of a mobile threat too, a group of a few solid WRs. Aggressive offense that uses the run out of the shotgun to set up a lot of mid/deep passes.

got ya, so more the way the team is built and how they try to dictate the game...not so much a comparison of players and skill set along with scheme. I follow

Maybe I was wrong but I was thinking Portland State of this year.
Mobile QB and one threatening runner, high tempoed offense but will go down like a house of cards against big hits and a stingy defense.
