As always, I am tuned in. For those that have never interacted with Wayne, and have ?'s. He will give honest answers and show you mutual respect. He is a great guy. Call in, you will see for yourself he is a coach worth supporting.

Biggest problem is shots not falling despite of good ball movement, ie just a matter of time when shots start falling. Too many leaders by example that are not vocal, coaches know there are vocal leaders, but cannot force that role on any player. Team has to play hard defense and hustle for 40 minutes, not when they feel like it. Even more crucial being a team cannot hang a hat on shots falling every game. A lot of little things being the difference between L and W.

Coaches are confident all will fall into place soon.
