how, pray tell, does one go about "personally attacking" an old nickname of a new nickname of an anonymous poster?

heck, ahs amemba that ol' poster what went by "argh!", he got hisself what apparently amounts to "personally attacked" routinely, ain't nobody whut stepped up fer him....

anyway, and back to jaded reality, this is your board, mistah boardadmon, do whatever you desire with it. you get to pick what is black and what is white, what is right and what is wrong. in this particular fantasy land, anyway.

Don't ban argh! or aargh! or argh!! or any samesuch moniker.

The lad is creative, you gotta give him that. And one thing this board needs is a little creativity. Seems the emoticons is doin' most of the work 'round these here parts. Man, if there's one thing this board don't need, it's emoticons.

gotta' love the new age, post-modern edginess that a poster like argh!! brings to the table.
 
The talent disparity between Major to Mid-major in BBall and I-A to I-AA in football are not equivilent. There are only 16 basketball teams still playing, and how many are midmajor? off the top of my head, at least 4. If there were a playoff in football, no I-AA team would make it past the first round if we had to be matched up with a 1-5 seed.

It's pretty simple: roughly, for every 3-5 star Football prospect out there, there is a solid D-I talent basketball prospect. The difference is that the North Carolinas and Dukes only get 15 of them per roster, while Texas and Miami get to steal about 80 of the top notch prospects. Talent is more equally distributed in basketball.
