Even though the Griz season has only been over for 5 full days now, I feel the board has reached the point where all of the discussion on who the next coach will be has reached the point of :dead:
You've got the "insiders" posting things their "sources" have told them, but they can't speak for their sources of course :roll:
Add to that the website that posts Stitt is interviewing and is considered the front runner. Also, we should know by today (Thursday) followed up by the tweet from the rag reporter that nothing will come until late next week.
I'm not necessarily looking to add anything to the discussion as I am about as out of the loop as one can get on this whole matter, and I've wasted too damn much time at work this week checking eGriz and the rag 4-5 times per hour in the hopes there will be breaking news or an announcement.
Not that it matters, at first I was on the Leipold bandwagon, and following his employment by Buffalo, I think I switched over to Stitt. After reading a few good posts extolling the pros and cons of Bobby Hauck, I considered him for a brief time. Now, I think I would be most happy if Pease were hired. But then the "news" :roll: that Pease is out and Hauck and Stitt are the finalists just blew the whole thing up for me. :twisted:
I am to the point that I don't give a Stitt who's hired as the next Griz coach. (just using that term as is the current meme on the board) I just want an announcement made so we can get down to the business of watching the flame war begin over whomever the new guy is.
