Is there a good chance the Griz FB coaches would be up for openings over off season? Or is this crummy Coaching staff here for awhile longer?

Honestly, have you seen worse coaching decisions in the Frontier Conference? Or to go even a step farther, at the high school level in Montana? What would Butte's record be now with the current Griz coaching staff?
It all starts with Mick D. He did get thrust into a high and emergency job situation. The coach was about fifth or lower on the food chain. So we got what we got. It is very frustrating but this is what we should have expected. I do expect more but we must face it we are not getting the high quality head coaching job we have had in the past. Mick is doing the best he can so guys like me need to calm down and let him do the best job he can.
Gregorak is doing a fine job.
I can't figure out Rosy's job as OC. I need to wait on him, but we need to make half time adjustments and we have not done that all year? Part of our offense is Trent does not find the open man, we need to work on that as each game we miss three or four touchdowns by not finding the wide open man.
The horrid special teams play needs a transfusion not sure it is just coaching but what else can that be?
We have had a boring play call style all season long. No tricks, no sneaky plays to speak of. But like yesterday we got fooled big time. Conservative coaching, no bold calls, taking time outs to make sure we have the right call is simply poor.
We have what we have and I need to blame others rather than Mick Delaney. He is a fine man. Meantime we are not wining games and may never win again. (Joke)

some of the coaches need to go and some need to stay. Justin Green and Gragg to name two off the top of my head need to stay. ST OC DC and the HC need to go.

Actually we did have some bold calls earlier in the year but it seems to me that we have regressed. This team, at least on the offensive side of the ball, has not improved or taken steps forward. In my opinion, they have gone backwards. Granted we don't have Moore but we have other power backs standing on the sidelines. TM has not progressed like I thought he would. I question whether he will make it as a QB. I'm beginning to agree with Alpha on that one. And I was one that predicted he would do very well after watching him in spring practice. We have gotten ultra conservative presumably because our QB is not capable of moving forward. We are a defensive coordinators best dream.
I am very disappointed in this season. I am even questioning the talent level in some positions. We certainly are not the most talented team in the conference in many areas. I expected so much more. I guess I to got caught up in the "we are Griz, we just reload." That does not seem to be the case.
