Relax. The Griz didn't struggle in key games in the first year; and they didn't lose 4 of 5 key games at the end of the second year, nor lose to bottom-dweller MSU in the final game of the season, AT MISSOULA. Nor did the Head Coach issue a regretful apologia at the post-season press conference, promising to re-evaluate every phase of the program entirely, right up until the opening game, September, 2017.Paytonlives said:Relax, this whole thread is a comedy and a tragedy.... the best theater.

When you live in a world like Paytonlives, in which manufacturing alternative realities is your "mode," manipulation of thread content, opinion and content is "how its done."
Get it?

Awesome is reached at 17 pages.
I'm having trouble weighing quantity vs. quality. There are occasionally awesome posts on this forum but they usually aren't part of a 17 page discussion that wanders so far from topic. Stitt has a three year contract which, unless unbeknownst forces exert themselves, he will fulfill. The stars have aligned with a favorable schedule. If he is able to produce a 7-4 record with a win against the Cats (even not making the playoffs) he probably will get a one year extension. Hopefully the Griz will be better than that. If not Stitt will be a large subject of conversation next November. I know many of you, like myself, are just waiting for September 2.
I've been a paid employee at UM in sports continuously, as well as a coach, in Olympic level sports all during that time (45 years). On this one, I called it right two years ago. Stitt admitted it last November at his lugubrious press conference, confirming everything I had been saying.Copper Griz said:Short version of a long story. You are a ass hat and I have zero confidence you support the program, coaches or players. I pray to the good Lord above that Stitt and this group of young players makes you look like the ass you are. You are not a fan. You are a troll. Suck it.

In other words, you're not actually involved in "university sports" except through a keyboard.Copper Griz said:Until this season is over CL75, you have not called anything right. Now going take a swim in an olympic sized swimming pool.

So far, "actually," I've called it "exactly."
Coach Stitt has admitted it.
Argue with him.

I think what you are saying is that anyone that can read the temperature must be trying to impress dimwits as "geniuses."Copper Griz said:Oh you are right CL. You know everything and you are like Nostradamus. You amaze me and everyone else on this board.

Perhaps it seems that way to the few inexperienced people like you. To everyone else, it simply shows you made a poor bet, based on profound ignorance.
I've spent all of my adult life teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring elite athletes on an elite level on an international basis.Paytonlives said:BTW... I agree with everything in your first paragraph, but your so week you just keep banging the drum because your angry because you were banned be three different mods in the last 9 months. That should tell everyone more about you then any moderator on this board. BTW if it's so bad here why don't you give us all a break including yourself and just move on.

I'd be glad to assist your education on those points.
Move on.
