Choate/Cats lose Coach

Jeff Choate has put together an excellent staff. Lots of experience at a lot of different levels of college and professional football. They have been with some of the best programs in college football. Even the NAIA coaches are very experienced and did an excellent job. Excited for next year!

Preseason Number 1!!!

Did they get it yet, cuz if so OHHHHH MOMMA.

Not talking about where we will finish next season. Just saying that I feel Choate has done an excellent job in hiring a good solid staff. It should make for an exciting next season.

Better hope so...Cramsey was a really good offensive coordinator. If you're running the ground and pound and don't win alot of games with that style, could be a real drag to watch. Bobby did it, but he won damn near every game. We also had great offensive lines to make that possible. Not so much lately, but our upcoming batch will be as good as it gets at this level. Mid-December: Choate hired Gerald Alexander to be our secondary coach.

After New Year: Boise St. fired their secondary coach and Alexander wanted a shot to return to his alma mater to coach the secondary.

Two days ago: Ambrose got the job over Alexander at Boise St.

Yesterday: Jeff invited Alexander back on as our secondary coach.

There ya go.

So the cats third choice for their head coaching position is welcoming back Boise State's second or third choice secondary coach. Makes sense!
