okay, it's a key game against a major rival in front of a big home crowd, not the time to drop a turd, ask bobcat fans. but where once i thought we were just a bad team i now think we've become a good team that just had a bad night. i mean stauds and anthony a combined oh for six from three? c'mon! a normal night they hit half those and we're right back in this game. weber is a good team that had a great night, but that might change come tournament. ball take funny bounces. so do seasons. who could have predicted weber would have one loss in conference, or portland state would hit the skids, or the bobcats would head south? who can predict the tournament? no savants in big sky basketball.

I agree. I still think is a team that can beat Weber in Ogden. Not happy with the way they played today, but still proud of them.

Agreed.

Weber is a very good team with no drop off from the bench. They are better and more talented than I expected them to be. They played a very good game and shot very well tonight. The Griz didn't play a good game, didn't shoot well, and weren't going to win this game. The Griz didn't play a bad game, just not a good game, especially at times.

However, Weber is not unbeatable. I believe the Griz can take them on a good night (for the Griz), even if Weber is playing well. The Griz can definitely take Weber on an off night.

I'm sure the Griz are very disappointed, because they know they didn't have the game they wanted to have.

Pretty good crowd. Definitely much bigger than for other games. More supportive and responsive too, even in the late going. Of course, could and should be much better.

The cheerleaders and dancers were on their game.

Shooting poorly and rebounding poorly on the offensive glass is a real double-whammy. You need second chances when the threes aren't dropping. But don't take anything away from Weber. I don't look forward to playing against Lillerd (sp?) for three more years.
