Chase Reynolds=GOAT?

Just finished watching the 2009 semi final game against app st which I believe is a top 5 game of all time. Chase Reynolds was just a beast playing in snow and near zero temps. I will never forget the setting, how much was on the line and the play of Chase Reynolds.

His play was pretty special in the '08 semi at #1 JMU as well. He was a warrior. Played hurt a lot.

I can remember seeing Chase run for a TD from the south end zone one game, and thinking what a stud. He was shifty and smooth and threaded his way between defenders and then outran them all. Way impressive!

He and Mariani both had incredible field vision; they could pick up a seam and go.

Yohance Humphery is the best that I ever saw play for you all... Chase is a VERY close 2nd.

I agree. Mick Dennehy’s worst decision as the Griz head coach was not to start Yohance as a true freshman.

Hilliard was probably the goat. Humphrey and Reynolds would be close second.

That’s what I was thinking. If Lex didn’t get hurt, I don’t believe there would be any debate.

Rocky Klever makes the top five.

No way, Chase was great but Yohance Humphrey is without question the GOAT. He won us a national championship and his stats are unreal. 5,903 rushing & receiving yds for Yo vs 4,931 for Chase, 60 TDs for Yo vs 59 for Chase, national championships Yo 1 vs Chase 0. Yo rushed for 142 yards and a touchdown in the Championship game
