Chargers waive Jamaal Jones after a broken thumb

Surprised this wasn't posted already. Jones broke his thumb when landing after a hit. He's hoping after a 5-6 week recovery he can make the Chargers practice squad.

I don't know what it means but there has been no mention of Jones all week in the SD Union Tribune's Chargers Camp reports. There was no mention of the injury either....
