If we don't make a head coaching change at the end of this season Griz football will be hurt for years to come. A national search starting in December is the only way to go. It may not be all Delany's fault but the buck stops with the head coach. Of course that is not true of the country.

And now you know why Delaney pushed for a two year contract before the season started. He knew the way the season was likely to go and didn't want to be put in a positon where his head was on a chopping block. Of course, this was all discussed prior to the season but the great griz fans laughed at that notion.

Blue....good suggestion regarding the national search, however, we don't do that at UM. We do insider searches....
