Because Marshal has shown that he will accept it when the HC and OC gut the defense in favor of building a fast moving offense. Sounds like a perfect fit for Stitt at DC

Agree that he worked his but off and if he wanted out, fine, but to the Cats??? There's quite an uproar over in Bozo over Prukop moving up. How would they have handled it if he came over to the Griz? At least that would have been a move up and Ty can't even say that. What a joke.

He is unloyal...Any other job fine, but trying to make Cats better is treasonous to Griz nation. Probably took an offensive playbook with him to boot. Basically said in one article after Stitt leaves maybe he could come back as head coach....Hell No!! Burned the bridge when you went to MSU Benedict Gregorak.

I understand Ty leaving for Bozeman. He has no affinity with the head coach here, and he has the opportunity for a (debatable) lateral move where he does jibe with the head guy. As many have pointed out, the marriage of Stitt and Gregorak was forced, and therefore doomed from the start.

No one to blame, no fingers to point. I'll just repeat it one more time: GET YOUR POPCORN READY FOR NOVEMBER 19TH!

Exactly. Stitt Happens. Stitt deserves an opportunity to win or lose with the players his leaderships selects. :clap: Gregorak deserves to work in an environment which accepts his coaching abilities.

That data would suggest that the D's reputation has been better than actual results. I guess you'd say they were good, but not that good. One might conclude that there is room for improvement, and the key to improvement is the new DC.

Ty is a good man and good coach and he needs to do what is best for him. This may have been a move he needed to make due to job security concerns. At a function the week of the 2014 Cat-Griz game he gave an inspired speech about how much he did not not like the cats.
