Cats v Yale

As I said in a different thread, Yale has a terrific and hard-running RB. The QB is the coach's son. The QB started out at South Carolina. He is a game manager, runs the team well, and doesn't make many mistakes. Yale has a terrific cornerback.

Yale has been at or near the top of the Ivies for about 8 or so years. Along with Dartmouth and Harvard. Yale clobbered undefeated Harvard in the last game of season. Dartmouth beat Yale in Hanover with a comeback earlier in the season.

Against YSU, the RB was 32-209 with 3 TD's, a long of 56. The QB was 21-38 for 28, with 3 TD's and 2 picks. Sacked 4 times. He had only 4 carries for loss, so must have not run except for the sacks. Yale had 84 plays for 454 yards.

Ya, it was 35/7 and is going to be ugly for them in Bozeman. It will look similar to the last two times UM played there.

Yale ain’t winnin in BozAngeles but happy for them they won a playoff game

I really want to bet Hoops a 100 bones that yale beats the cats but the fact is the IVY teams suck ass so it would be a foolish bet.

Was Youngstown terrible when they played NDSU? 30-38. Youngstown had more first downs, more rushing and more passing. The problem was that they also had more fumbles, 2 to 0. And NDSU got a 100 yard KO return.

NDSU controlled the ball for nearly 22 minutes of the second half that was NDSU’s worst game of the season. The only teams Youngstown State held to under 28 points were Murray State, Robert Morris and Mercyhurst.

So what? YSU was close and, as I said, had more more first downs, rushing yards and passing yards. Maybe it was NDSU’s best game of season. You sure wouldn’t know.

I would know more than you. You are cherry picking one game which was still a loss. I am looking at the season as a whole for Youngstown State where they were 93/129 in the FCS in scoring defense. It doesn’t matter what the offense can do if the defense can’t get a stop to get off the field in the second half.

Did anyone else here watch at least 1 entire Youngstown State game this season before the playoffs or just me?

But you don't more than I do. You prove that everyday.

You said this: "Youngstown State is terrible."

They were 8-4 coming into the Yale game. And we're 5-3 in the toughest conference in FCS. They were the 15th seed in the playoffs. They were 13th in the Stats poll. They were 13th in the FCS Coaches poll.

That doesn't equate to "terrible". What you said was completely wrong and not supported by the facts for season.

And say the only reason Yale won was because YSU was terrible, was completely wrong. You say the dumbest things.

You prove everyday that you are just a loud mouthed idiot who knows very little if anything about football. You best stick to posting about something you know about such as legal instead of football. You are too stupid to see that Youngstown State did not have a chance against NDSU because their defensive front is weak and couldn’t get off the field. You keep saying the stupidest things. Thank goodness you have no say in how UM’s football team is run or else you would have Pflu coaching the offense to 15 points a game while the defense gives up 37 points a game like Youngstown State and you are the only person who is too stupid or demented to see that as a failure. The fact is that Youngstown State was 93/129 when it comes to scoring defense. That does account to terrible. Youngstown State’s 8 victories came against 0 playoff quality opponents. None are still playing.
