I also find the strategy of continuing to a bump a thread which highlights the lack of leadership in their program rather interesting. Fun, no question, but interesting nonetheless.

I'm interested, how many times have you been to msu and talked to the msu administration in person to address your concerns with how they have handled all their issues you have with them.. I'm guessing none.

How many times you have you met with DOE board members in person to discuss your concerns in how they have been dealing with the issues at msu.. again i would bet that answer is none

To me, those would be the adult way to address your problems and concerns, not posting on a fcs message board being a troll and wannabe keyboard comedian.

I don't think he, or any Griz fan I know, has expressed "concern" over the 2023 Bobcat Bungle.

The fudge irony.

Good Lord. Some people are just dense. Common sense isn’t all that common. Irony is definitely the appropriate response in this case. I also don’t know the “rules of trolling”. Wouldn’t one want to troll on another teams’ board? Not then one they are a fan of? Most would construe posting on the home teams board as communicating with other like minded fans.

Normally I would agree, but how do you explain that the majority of the most popular topics on EGRIZ are posts about the bobcats and not the grizzlies?

Now that's what you call ironic.right?...

That he’ll never understand but claim he was aware of the whole time.

Not sure which is dumber: the fact that you believe the department of education has board members or that you believe they would meet with rival fans in person?

As a former Cat, makes me feel sick to my stomach, but Livinginthebush, give it up. You need to stop, although this topic was a bit silly, it was an, all in fun jest. Yes, I know there are some posters that can’t stand anything Cats with every fiber in their body, and to them, hell yea, that’s what this is about.

We’d do the same on our board and the error of what happened at UM MORE THAN A DECADE constantly gets thrown in their face. So everything getting dished out to us is unfortunately deserved because the way the criminal charges were handled. So be better.

I have absolutely no reason to speak with anyone at msDuI.

I happen to personally know some Regents, and I have discussed this with them. To say they are unhappy with the way "leadership" at msDuI handled this would be a vast understatement.

The DOE wouldn't likely care. But that said, they DO care about the multiple on-going investigations at cow college.

Why, oh why does it take a scat poster to call BULLSH*T on another scat poster for his/her/it's continuing stream of bullsh*t on this site? Where the hell are the mods? Scat mods did it to BN The 'burningbush' shoulda been pissed on long ago.

Honestly, this site has some great football minds and outlooks that’s why I browse from time to time, however both sites are being plagued by moronic posters, trash talk is awesome, however, trolling is a waste of brain bandwidth for all involved.

At the very least, you all can now say ‘we’ve got bush’.

So Jesse Jackson was right when he said "Stay out of the bushes..."?

Here's a question only slightly off topic: Are the scats FORMER DC and OC close to resolving their third and first (respectively)DUI cases? It's only been about 15 months and eight months(respectively)since their arrests. Are both these guys, and the Prosecutor's Office, trying to run out the Statute of Limitations, or what?
And, that brings up another problem. What is the BOR doing about the Due Process BS? How many investigations can one University have ongoing at one time? Must be some sort of national record by now.

I was curious about it as well. I quick search revealed that both filed motions to change their pleas with hearings upcoming. That leads me to believe they both got deals that looked more attractive than trials. The Bob administration had to get through their dream season first before taking any action. Once the dream crashed down, they could fire the coordinators because the team didn't perform, and now the coaches look to be pleading guilty (assumption on the change of plea motions).

I will say this: The MSU administration is likely breathing a sigh of relief that the Bobs didn't make or win the NC game. The early exit gave them the out they needed to cover their mishandling. The lingering issue will be the policy precedent that they've set in dealing with coach misconduct. I think (hope) they're smart enough to realize they've totally fu*ked themselves.

Not going to join Akron to reassess his coaching career and deal with some "personal matters."

Well, I wish him the best in dealing with stuff. It's wild that there are updates now that the coordinators are both gone. As for the MSU administration, I wish them the worst.

I kind of wonder whether the Akron thing was ever real. I could see a scenario where the #scumcats knew they had to fire him but didn't want to make their motivation for waiting to do so look even more obvious than it already did. Call in some favors and make it seem like he's "unilaterally" pursuing other avenues. Akron is like, "Fine, but we're not hiring him, just so you know." Then, he makes the "unilateral" decision to quit coaching and MSU comes out of it looking fine. Pretty crafty if so. The ol' step-together transaction. Just a theory.

Jail or rehab. Hopefully he got that choice, his lawyer said "hey, let him plead guilty, and instead of a few weekends in jail lets just do a rehab stint and can get the help he needs." But that is why he is "taking a step back to reassess," I would bet virtually any amount of money. I don't wish the guy ill in any way, he made some really dumb mistakes and thankfully didn't actually hurt anyone or anything but his own career and a little property, but with everything he did I would imagine he would need to show the courts some amount of remorse and some amount effort to change his behavior.

I too wish him well, and I sincerely hope he's able to beat his demons. But as you suggest, CDA, MsDui administration can go to hell. And while your scenario is the absolute height of absurdity, it truly is consistent with the way MsDui handled this entire thing. And the fact that it's therefor entirely plausible is what is both remarkable and horrible.

Housewright gonna start over if he wants to coach. Don't know how he's gonna pay for the collateral damage he caused(comp car, damage to whatever he hit, and dragging Mix into his drunken stupidity). Garza should be a bartender at a jock bar.
The REAL BOOM has to fall on Cruzado, and everyone involved in this WAAC coverup. Where the hell is the BOR/Commish? Heads have to roll. 'The buck stops here,' Truman said. What is the Montana equivalent? Maybe, 'Buck? You got a buck? Who's got a buck?' Or, 'I got my buck this year.' After all, this IS Montana.
