Call it what you will. I actually think if you talk about it around your Cat friends you may want to add to your name a bit. Something like the Not Champion for Years Center, you know the MSU equivalent of the "2037 MSU Plan Dream Center". A point of reference may help with fundraising a bit for your 20 year campaign if your donor base sees what college athletic facilities look like these days.

i may be wrong but i think offering the moon may be a recruiting violation. IDK... may have to ask a guy by the name of Pitino, he's got more knowledge on that sort of thing.

You are correct. Section XVII, Para aaacd, states offering moons is specifically forbidden. The penalty for this infraction is the death penalty. If the football team sucks - then the penalty transfers to one of the school's good teams. Bye-Bye kitty cat rodeo.
