Cats are already shaking in their boot(ies)

We beat up on one of the cellar dwellers of the Big Sky, glad we got a win and the offense was flowing. Was quite happy they put Britt in (HE should have played vs Weber IMO).

However I still have Very little confidence in this offense especially when we play good teams. I hope the lack of coaching/play calling and adjustment vs Weber was a wakeup call and will be glad to be proven wrong, but have to see it to believe it when we play more stout defenses.
After a brutal stretch playing top teams on the road, an overtime loss to the undefeated two-time repeating BSC champ and a 3 point loss, we blew out a team you need to blow out. MSU didn't, almost losing. We have another this weekend. We lead with our defense and it's the best in the BSC. The offense is coming along.

CP had not been shut out since 2017, I think I heard. The CP receiver, who is the leading reciver in the conference, got about half of his normal output. The high-level CP passing offense didn't get much.

It wasn't that UM beat up a cellar dweller; it's how the Griz beat them.

UM set one or more offensive records. 37 first downs for sure.

Why do some posters just want to complain, and refuse to recognize good performances by the Griz?

I'm 100% confident in this griz team, when LJ is in the game. Any other time it's a toss up.

I have yet to hear you tout our leading defense as if it's only offense that wins games. It's just that our offense has been easier to pick on and that's your game.

The cats defense has been bad all year. They are extremely susceptible to the passing game and they give up a lot of big plays. They seem wildly out of position a lot. They rank statistically poor in several defensive categories. The Griz with a healthy LJ will put up points.

On the flip side, the Cats O and specifically their run game is strong. Teams have had a hard time stopping the run even though they know it’s coming. They will also put up points.

Should be a good battle. They definitely have some weaknesses and flaws.

This. Should be a very good game.

In the end several thousand stunned cat fans will be recreating their infamous “Trail of Tears” as they realize they won’t have a top four seed in the playoffs. Should be an enjoyable game. Go Griz

Cal Poly SUCKS! So the griz are back to beating up cupcakes. Yaaaawn. See ya in a couple weeks

LOL who has the cat's played besides Weber, who gifted you 8 points and 4 amazing field positions? Cats have the ultimate cupcake schedule. Griz lost to 2 top teams, on the road, without our starting QB, one in overtime and one by 3 points. LJ plays those games we easily win. I predict a wide margin win in BOZO

Dude, the Bobs DOMINATED EWU by 3 after a horrible call that changed the outcome in their favor, DOMINATED Weebs by 5(?) by clearly causing a CFB record for points given up by a long snapper, and DOMINATED the mighty NAU by 3 by completing a hail mary. They are the real deal when it comes to getting lucky breaks and still barely winning. Can't do that without a dogshit defense and doping suspension(s).

Remember when you said the Bobs led the nation in home attendance when the three stadia combined hold 17k? That was funny.

Any random shot of the bubcat fanbase will include:
A cowboy;
A fake cowboy;
A girl who hates everyone and everything;
A vim-painted chucky doll; and
A wort-y green penis.

Less complaining and more just having some reservations as until they can show consistency I'll always have a bit of concern about our offense. Again as I stated I hope im proven wrong and glad to see things come together, we just need to be consistent.

:lol: pure comedic gold right there. I laughed really hard when I got to the green pickle boy. All of them hilarious.

And every game we’ve lost has gone the same way. D plays strong and stout, offense is anemic, D wears down and gives up multiple 4th quarter points to result in a close loss. This team is built on the defense, but it requires a serviceable offense to succeed. 114 yards is not in the realm of serviceable. 695 yards is better. :D

Though there appear to be only five people in the homecoming court, they rounded up to 800 for the attendance report.

I think we all know it requires a serviceable offense. No need for you to point out weaknesses to Griz fans.

…like mike tyson so eloquently stated…
“””everyone has a plan until they get smacked in the mouth”””
…our defense hits harder than last year…

… :shock: …
