The Cats have been so hyped that is interesting to see them lose two at Alaska. The papers over here in kitty-box-land have been touting them as a team that can win games in the NCAA Tournament. Cat fans, what happened?

Just messing around guys. I think the Griz this year also have much to live up to, after winning the conf championship everyone seemed to just figure that the Griz are back, and no one is going to stop us. Well, they've got to prove it on the court, and time will tell.

Lordy! The Kitties even lost to Div. II Alaska Fairbanks and finished last in the TOTW tourney. Not a great way to showcase your mad NCAA tourney skills that Cat fans apparently thought they had.
Losses to Ill-Chicago (in Bozeman), and to Lamar and AK-Fairbanks is embarrassing. Do the Kitties have any key players out with injuries? Or do they just suck? If the Cats somehow win the BSC Tourney this year, I think they sealed up a #16 seed with those losses.

The Cats lost to UIC in Fairbanks not Bozeman. Still a very poor showing for the Kitties.

Plain and simple, the basketball team yellow socked it in Fairbanks. No excuses are acceptable in my book. This is a horrendous start to a championship caliber team.
Expectations of Cat fans for this tourney was to at least play in the championship game.
It's no wonder the BSC gets no respect and has such a sh-tty RPI every year. Big Sky teams simply have to beat the type of teams the Cats lost 3 games to if we're ever going to be taken seriously as a league. I'm pissed about these losses and I hate the Kitties.

They instead have focused on perimiter shooting and one on one. They have a ton of talent, but they are all the same player. They don't lose anybody and still go out and recruit a JC shooter. What???? Don't they allready have five guys like that? Mick should have gone out and gotten a six seven kid who can't shoot a lick, but can defend and rebound big time. That would have been a better component to their team. I like Mick actually, but sometimes I don't get it.

I would be glad to except it would mean reading a bunch of catpoop posts and that is like having a rot canal, I think you would feel the same if the situation was reversed.
