I can't imagine how dominant he was playing for the Billings Royals while in high school.
 
What about that other Butte kid, that kid that tried to jump the Snake River Canyon on his motorbike? Seems like that was a big deal at the time.
 
WaGriz, McNalley was pitching when the Royals were in the American Legion Worl Series Championship game. Unfortunately they lost that game. I was pretty young at the time but I can still remember hearing it broadcast on local radio. Too bad there aren't more athletes like McNalley. Athletes that the young could really look up to. I think Mariani may be pretty close though.
