Missed a field goal which could have provided an overtime win for Miami--- also apparently missed another one earlier. Our boys seem to be jinxed in the NFL this year.

Missed from 46 and 47 in the game. Had 2 shorter ones. Jets had short kick for win. It was blocked, but Miami coach had called a timeout a split second before the snap. Jet kicker nailed it on his second try.

If it's any consolation, the announcers were surprised by the 2 misses. They weren't expecting it from a player of his recognized caliber.

Jimmy got beat at the end of regulation for the go-ahead touchdown... one-on-one coverage in the slot. Fins blitzed the whole package on 3rd-and-goal from the 5 and Sanchez hit the WR in stride. Jimmy had no help at all on the slant pattern. Carpenter tied it up a couple of minutes later to send it into overtime, but missed the game winner half way thru the extra quarter by about a foot.
