I'm contemplating this bet....the yellow Appalachian St. flag is actually the color of my lawn right now. :thumb:

That is funny PP. I'm considering buying an App State flag and flying it just to get some "WTF" looks from the neighbors. If we win, you change out of your normal garb:

Putting it in a less convoluted context; you can have your early morning joe in Missoula and still be in Seattle in time for a late lunch....you do know Seattle? It's on the Pacific Coast. :roll:
 
I will take your bet...one more condition...you have to come to the Griz/App St. game in Missoula next year and tailgate with us. Met a lot of your fans last trip here, got a lot of publicity for App state and Montana with the photos from our tailgate, your two santa's, helmet etc...College Sporting News covered the entire tailgate and put the photos on espn and of course their web site. Lots of fun. Anyway, when you get here, we can exhange flags if necessary.

Sorry, I thought I did. No, the bet would only be with one person-- the first taker. In case the unthinkable happens and App loses, I don't want to have to buy 10 Montana house flags!

I am highly likely to be in Missoula next Fall but can't commit to it this early. Should have my work and vacation schedule nailed down by the end of the year.

Philponder. Hope your work plans work out better for you next year than mine did this year. Had Uncle Sam co-operated, we would be in Boone. Had to cancel my reservations just last week. Were you here in 2009? If so, I already met you.

My son Cam and I were there. We were lucky enough to travel with the team because my brother in law was the DC then. Despite the loss, it was as awesome a game day experience as we have ever had. I intend to be there next year, just can't say for certain this early.

If you had suggested that the loser toast the winner with his favorite drink I would have taken you up on your offer.

As you can see I would rather drink than fly flags! :D
