Not second but close. And the mosquitoes, oh my, the mosquitoes are horrible. And the winter weather is absolutely the worst. It can be 50 degrees below zero for weeks and months. And the snow - 2 ft of snowfall in a 24 hr period and with the wind, it can drift to 5 ft. And the summer heat is oppressive, 95 degrees with 75 degree dewpoints - hotter and more humid than Atlanta. And the traffic is horrible and people are so mean. It's so bad, nobody should ever move to Minnesota, ever!
I'm glad I learned lessons from what is happening in Montana right now with housing.
