Can we get a New AD please?

One thing I haven’t seen here is Kent’s position as the Big Sky rep. for the FCS playoff committee. Isn’t this an important position to have, especially given how weak other conferences can be??

I’ve known Kent since he served as asst. AD under Jim O’Day. Kent is very low key and prefers to work more behind the scenes than lead from the front. I personally feel this is not what you want from an Athletic Director. As an administrator he does a good job, but I think in today’s environment he lacks charisma and and a balls to the wall attitude that is needed to take the Grizzly sports programs to the next level. And not necessarily to FBS but that should be the direction we need to pursue. Has Kent’s time come and gone? I would have to say yes, it’s time for new blood.

New blood like S+ as in Shinn +?

That's an interesting take.

To me, it's been patently clear that Kent would already have us at the FBS level, but far too many influential donors are holding him hostage. Hell, just spend five minutes on this board and you'll read 1,100 times how it couldn't be done
