Calling out Bo

For the record, BO is the least of our concerns. Every unit struggled this game. OL, RB's, WR, QB, DL, LB's, DB's. How bad was it? Our best unit was our special teams play.

The play where Bauman went over the top of Bo prompted me to bring him up. The guy can't and doesn't wrap up on his tackle attempts. It is flat out disgusting! He turns away from contact and they iso'd it on a replay. Wrap the F@&K up!
 
I have never taken a check or any sustaining form of government subsistence from the government other than for the 6 years I served My country in a combat unit in the U S. Army. I've never been nor has any member of my family taken a dollar in welfare, food stamps or unemployment benefits EVER!
 
Richard, you are headed for a time out if you don't behave. Be a good boy or else. Seriously. Tully missed a big tackle on Bauman, but so did half the freaking defense. Kanongota missed all night. Seems like a major problem they better work on in practice this week. I vote I get back my nickel from Kanongata's schollie. I want my nickel back dammit.

Once again the Outlaw nailed it. For cripes sake these players are always doing their best and care more for the program than we ever could. Support them, don't bash them.

Bo looked better in this game then he has in any other game in the last two years. Stopping a 6-10 yard pass is one of hardest things to consistently do in football. Too bad the griz didn't try and throw some of their own. Granted his tackling methods are not stellar, but who's are on this team? The entire defense needs to learn the simple task of wrapping up....Bo has surprised me this year. I am one of his biggest critics. He stunk up the field over and over last year, but this is a new year.

Give a little credit to the NAU receivers; they made some unbelievable catches, especially Holmes, and had great QB play.

But it was not the NAU offense (or our defense) that beat us; it was their defense - pressuring JJ, causing turnovers and stopping 3rd downs. We had not seen a defense that good.
 
This has got me thinking now, maybe we have been too spoiled of having great players in the defensive backfield hell 4 of them are in the NFL right now, Shann, Colt, TJ, and Jimmy Wilson.
