Interesting looking back, but last year was the only year since Bobby came back that we picked up more first downs rushing than passing. Despite what people may think, and the way it seemed, we were certainly a run-first team last season, especially in the 2nd half of the season after NAU.

How many of those were picked up by McDowell’s legs? Is a running QB like that on the roster this year?

I had a spreadsheet with the exact number that has been deleted since, but I remember it being a lot of them.

As for right now, I don't think we have a QB on the roster that can run the ball like Clif did. We'll need to make that production up with the RBs.

And I think we have the stable of RB’s this year to do just that.

I really just want another QB brought in. I like the QBs we have but, I feel like each of them really need another year under their belt before they're ready. Would be nice to get someone that we could be like "yeah he's going to be the starter" and not have to really worry about what the season is going to be like at that position.

Maybe with Cade Klimczak added to the Offensive Line that'll mean #53 Braunson Henriksen will be more on the Defensive side of affairs as he was cited for the 2023 season (R-FR.) as adding depth to the Defensive Line. But yet listed as an OL on the Roster.

I've been told my Lolo Creek experience was a bad one by their standards. I actually got messages about this take, so I'll give Lolo another try. At least I prefaced that it was an unpopular opinion.

I know him well… he is going to be on the O-line and has been bulking hard. He should get garbage time this year and eventually start senior yr.

Lolo Steak House is my favorite. New place opened out by Evaro Bar called Kamp Fire Steakhouse. I have heard good things. Same folks had the Edgar Bar in Carbon County and made it into one of top steakhouses in state. Looking forward to trying it.
